1. Scope of Engagement
By commissioning services from Shohag SEO (led by Md. Shohag Islam), the client agrees to the deliverables, milestone schedules, and communication channels specified in their customized service proposal or monthly retainer agreement.
2. Transparent SEO Disclosures & Ranking Policies
Shohag SEO adheres strictly to white-hat, Google-compliant search engine optimization practices. We do not engage in deceptive private blog networks (PBNs), automated link spamming, or hidden text schemes. As search engines (including Google) operate proprietary, frequently updated ranking algorithms, no ethical SEO agency can guarantee specific #1 numerical ranking positions on search engines. All deliverables represent expert optimization methodologies designed to maximize organic visibility and search traffic.
3. Deliverable Approvals & Implementation
Technical recommendations, schema markup implementations, and editorial content briefs require client approval or developer deployment. Shohag SEO is not liable for delayed indexation resulting from non-implemented technical specifications.
4. Retainer Terms & Cancellation
Monthly SEO retainers operate on a 30-day billing cycle. Clients may cancel or pause retainers with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. All deliverables completed up to the date of cancellation remain the property of the client.
5. Governing Communication
Official project communications and deliverable reviews are conducted via email, scheduled video sessions, and project management dashboards. Inquiries may be directed to shohagitpoint@gmail.com.
